WoudStee does not store personal data longer than is reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes for which data is collected and as described in this privacy statement. However, on the basis of legislation, among other things, it may be necessary for us to keep data longer.

Your booking will be registered and we will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You can register yourself for a newsletter. In that case you give us permission to use your data for this. Furthermore, we are legally obliged to include your data in the night register.

Article 5 Security of personal data

WoudStee is extremely careful with your personal data. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful use. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us immediately. The data you enter online is protected by an SSL certificate. With this, small files are sent via a secure connection by means of a digital encryption key between us and your browser. You can recognize our SSL certificate by the lock in the address bar of your browser.

The entire WoudStee website is protected by the SSL certificate.

Article 6 Sharing personal data with third parties

WoudStee tries to do as much as possible itself. Nevertheless, we share your personal data with a number of third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our services and to comply with legal obligations. You can think of an IT company for maintenance of our software and systems or a company that takes care of the mailings for us.

In case of a booking, it may be possible that your data will be shared with the owner of the holiday home where you will be staying (if this is a different owner than WoudStee).

We conclude a processing agreement with companies that we commission to process your data to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of the data.

Only if WoudSte is legally obliged to do so, personal data will be provided to supervisors, tax authorities and investigative authorities.
